A True Artiste
Toni Marie Cox is an artist, a pastry chef, and a proprietress. Toni completed her BA in fine arts from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Afterwards, Toni applied her talents to the culinary world. She notably honed her artistry as Executive Pastry Chef at Chicago’s elegant Mayfair Regent Hotel and Le Ciel Bleu. Disney sought out her talents to open The Disneyland Hotel, Paris.
In 1994, after three years in France, Toni returned and began to supply the Hinsdale area with her fabulous treats. Her experience, style, and artistry are evident in the jewel-like pastries and cakes created, as well as the superb savory offerings. Toni is now bringing those same delicious delights to Chicago with the opening of her new shop at 65 E. Washington St.
